Waltlec Industries recently completed the rebuild for the Northcape Townhouses on Hamilton Island. The existing Townhouses were devastated by cyclone Debbie in March 2017. Waltlec Industries were appointed by the builder to undertake the Electrical, Audio Visual, Security, Television, Automation and Communications works.


The works included,


  • Main switchboard and distribution board Upgrades.
  • New C-Bus Automation system with DLT touch screens.
  • LED lighting Throughout.
  • Haiku (biggassfans) fans throughout.
  • Touch button intercoms with internal handsets.
  • Clipsal telephone and data system.
  • Electric louver motors.
  • Audio speakers throughout entertaining areas.


The Northcape rebuild located on the beautiful Hamilton Island offered many logistical challenges, but the end product of these sensational Townhouse’s made it all worthwhile.
