Waltlec were privileged to work for W&F Constructions to complete the new St Teresa’s College dormitory buildings and covered area. The college is located in Abergowrie which is a 28 minute drive from Ingham making it a more challenging project with travel times to meet deadlines. Waltlec with our team of subcontractors completed the full electrical package including, power, lighting, electrical distribution, dry fire systems, communications, public Address system and audio visual requirements. 


The job consisted of an extension to the existing pit and pipe system, 7 new distribution boards, energy efficient LED lighting, Dynalite automation lighting control, HDMI, Wireless internet and DATA outlets.
